12-month warranty on our cartridges

All our cartridges are manufactured to the highest quality standards however, if within 12 months of purchase you experience any quality issues, we will happily provide a replacement, or a full refund.

Your standard printer warranty will not be invalidated

We guarantee that your standard printer warranty will not be invalidated by using our Cartridge World branded cartridges. In the rare event that any of our cartridges do cause a problem with your printer, we'll arrange for your printer to be replaced if it can't be repaired.

See HP’s terms and conditions on the use of non-HP printer cartridges, confirming that using Cartridge World cartridges will not affect your printer’s warranty.

30 day returns on unopened items

Provided that the products are unopened, and in brand-new condition, you can send anything back to us for a full refund for up to 30 days after making your purchase. Please create a returns request via your account page. 

I have ordered the wrong items

Our printer cartridge cross reference information is very accurate. If there is any error on our website which has caused you to order the wrong products, we will gladly accept them back for a full replacement or refund, even if you have opened the packaging. If you've ordered the wrong items for another reason, we may still be able to help, even if you have opened the packaging. Just call our Customer Service team on 01423 701 704 to discuss.
