You simply pay a fixed price with no hidden charges! This unique approach means that businesses can choose the printer which has the required features and then select a tariff which contains the required number of pages needed per month.
A Brother Pay As You Print monthly plan is based on how many pages you print a month. If you want to try and estimate the number of pages you print each month just count how many reams of paper you get through.
1 ream is 500 sheets. Knowing how many reams you use will give you a reasonably good indication of how much you print.
The monthly fee covers the printer, all the cartridges you will need to print your monthly quota and service should something go wrong.
Don't worry if you print more than your monthly quota, we can deliver extra cartridges at a very competitive price.
We have pre-selected six Brother printers. A mix of print only machines in colour or mono and Multi-Function Inkjet and Laser printers capable of colour or just mono.

Each Brother printer or multi function Brother printer can be selected on a low use plan, medium use plan or a plan for higher volume printing. The packages are based on the number of pages printed per month.
Each package includes the printer, all of the consumables needed, full warranty and service plus free delivery.

Once you have selected the printer you would like to order simply click the 'Sign Up Now' button and complete the online registration form. One of the team will call you straight back to verify your details and take you through the next steps.
After our validation call we will send you the link to set up the direct debit for the monthly payment and the invoice for the first month's fee.
As soon as the direct debit has been set up and initial month paid your agreement will be completed. Your new Brother printer will be prepared and tested before being delivered within 7 days.
