Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The Cartridge World HQ (UK) Ltd 'Trust Pilot' prize draw is run by Cartridge World HQ (UK) Ltd.

How to enter:

Customers must visit the Cartridge World Trust Pilot page to leave their review. Any reviews received via an alternative means other than on our Trust Pilot page will not be accepted.
Customers must have purchased from the Cartridge World website to enter and have a valid order reference number.

The Prize:

The Prize for the monthly draw is a £15 Amazon voucher ("The Prize"). The voucher cannot be exchanged, upgraded, transferred or refunded for a cash or physical alternative. However, if we are unable to obtain an Amazon voucher, we will choose an alternative prize voucher of the same value.

Picking a winner:

All qualifying customers will have their order numbers entered into random number selector which will be used to choose the Winner at random each month.
The Winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the prize draw closes by a representative of Cartridge World HQ (UK) Ltd. If Cartridge World does not receive a response from The Winner within 7 days after the first contact, Cartridge World shall deem the Prize as unclaimed. At our discretion, the prize may be allocated to a substitute winner.
The Winner will be contacted via the email address used during the completion of their purchase. It is up to the Winner to ensure that his/her/their details are correct at the time of purchase.
The Winner will be sent the Prize via email in the form of an e-voucher.
By entering, the Winner gives their permission for their name to be used on social media, newsletters and prize draw promotional material as required.
